We are a production house based in Perth, Western Australia working across drama, documentary and music video since 2014. We make original and authentic films that resonate at many levels. We like our films to be innovative and cinematic, and though we explore many different genres and formats (including 16mm film) there is a distinctive vision and feeling that weaves through all that we do.

Tim Barretto and Melanie Filler are the husband-and-wife duo at the helm of Hope St Productions. We have developed a unique and collaborative approach to filmmaking over many years together. We have a network of close collaborators in Western Australia, New South Wales, and around Indonesia, and are always interested in working with fresh talent.
